Enjoy life with the wife whom you love, all the days of your vain life!
Hahaha! Vain life. Ecclesiastes is full of wisdom and even more full of sarcasm and melancholy.
[NOTE: I just used the equally, grammatically correct more full when fuller would’ve also sufficed. However, I didn’t want to confuse anyone by using the term fuller whereby they might think of the seminary located in Pasadena, California. This is a blog created by a Christ follower after all.]
The dare was to spend the day with your wife as much as possible and complete a project that you’ve been putting off. Fortunately, it was Monday, and we always have that day off! And there was a project to complete that we had been procrastinating! What an gimme regarding love dares…
We spent the day packing our belongings that we wanted to ship back to the United States and then mailing them at the post office. We took a break for a date lunch out to Sushi One, another favorite activity, and then resumed our work until it was completed. Then for the rest of the night we were able to relax, so we watched Men In Black 3 and capped off the evening with drinks on the rooftop of IFC near Red Bar.
What a great day! The only thing that could’ve made it better is if I were in better health. I had to fight to not be grumpy while I had a headache and a stuffy nose.
